Specifications include, but are not limited to: ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FOR THE CHILLERS, BOILERS, WATER PUMPS and COOLING TOWER AT THE DEL RIO HIGH SCHOOL and DEL RIO MIDDLE SCHOOL and Trane HVAC Systems at STUDENT PERFORMANCE CENTER, BUENA VISTA GYMNASIUM RTU’S, DEL RIO HIGH SCHOOL and MALDONADO CTE CENTER. This proposal SHALL COVER LABOR AND MATERIALS COST for any of the repairs that are uncovered during inspections/maintenance. This means that the normal drive time for repairs shall be covered. Additionally, if problems arise outside of an inspection/maintenance period, contractor would dispatch a technical and both the labor and materials would be covered.
