Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the acquisition of property rights as required by the Borough for the continuation of a multi-use pathway project known as the Old Glenn Pathway Phase II. Activities include, but are not limited to: on-site property and project area inspections, environmental review, review of both plat and parcel drawings, owner identification, title research, document preparation, offers to and negotiations with both public and private owners, obtaining release and consent documents necessary to clear title to the subject properties, and preparation of all acquisition documents including an Internal Revenue Service Form W-9.
