Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. INSTALLATION OVERVIEW Contractor shall pour a Concrete Foundation as required for the placement of (1) Conex box, 45 feet in length x 9 feet wide, with a gross weight of 67,200 pounds. B. SYNOPSIS • Power wash existing asphalt of one parking stall in back parking lot. • Inspect and repair all holes or cracks in existing asphalt, where needed. • Ensure asphalt is clean and free of oil and debris prior to installing new concrete. • Provide a minimum compacted aggregate base of four inches (4) compacted stone, gravel or equal. • Install enforcement rebar, or equal to withhold cracking due to weight, settling, moisture, and corrosion. • Application of concrete shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions to properly cure within a suitable temperature range. • Broom finish new concrete area. • Keep concrete moist while concrete is curing, following the manufacturer’s packaging recommendations.
