Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform an updated hydrologic and hydraulic analysis to determine the hydraulic adequacy of the dam. As part of the analysis, perform dam breach and flood inundation mapping for use in hazard potential classification confirmation. 2.2. Develop a brief Operations and Maintenance Manual for the dam that documents monitoring, operations, as well as regular maintenance activities. 2.3. Perform a video-line or confined space entry inspection of the outlet barrel under low flow conditions to determine the condition of the outlet barrel (and potential for internal erosion), riser, and stoplogs. 2.4. Perform an evaluation of the foundation conditions of the auxiliary spillway weir and perform a stability analysis to determine the need and suitability of the existing riprap on the downstream side. 2.5. Prepare a report of findings from the above analyses. Design repairs to the dam based on the findings of the work performed above, including addressing issues with the principal spillway, auxiliary spillway, and hydraulic inadequacy. Provide a written repair proposal with estimate of repair costs. 2.6. Bidders may request to view a dam inspection report completed by the Dam Safety Program and associated photos of the dam by contacting the state contact on this RFP by December 1, 2021.
