Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Brookings City & County Lawn and Snow Removal Services. The Brookings City & County Government Center is located at 520 Third Street in Brookings, SD. The Brookings County courthouse is located at 314 6th Avenue and the 1921 Building is located at 314 6 th Avenue Lawn care and snow removal services are to be provided to each of the locations listed. Schedule A will include the Brookings City and County Government Center. Schedule B will include the Brookings County courthouse and the 1921 Building. Snow Removal: Clearing snow in a timely manner from all parking lots listed in the technical specifications. Clearing of snow from all sidewalks listed in the technical specifications. Keeping all parking lots and sidewalks in a state that is safe for pedestrian travel through means of sand, salt, or a combination of both. Lawn Care Mowing of grass at all areas listed in the technical specifications Annual aerating of all turf areas Fertilizing, edging, and spraying for all turf areas Landscape maintenance including: pulling of weeds, collecting of leaves, trash and debris, and keeping landscaping in an aesthetically pleasing state.
