State will determine in service date. • One piece unitized construction • Vehicle tie-downs- 2 front and 2 rear ENGINE: • Diesel, Tier IV Final, 4 cycle, water cooled • Minimum ISO 9249 net 93 HP. • Fuel filter with water separator. • 110 volt block heater. • Shall include oil cooler • 2 stage air cleaner TRANSMISSION: • Full power shift with electric clutch cutoff on loader lever • Minimum 4 speed ranges forward and 2 reverse. • Top speed forward to be at least 20 MPH and top speed reverse to be at least 7 MPH.
