Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department’s Division of Family and Community Services (FACS) is seeking proposals for spoken language and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services and written document translation services for non-English speaking families relating to Early Intervention Services (EIS). These services are for families involved in the Region IV, Idaho Infant Toddler Program (ITP). Non-English languages may include, but are not limited to Arabic, Burmese, Farsi, Karen, Mai, Nepali, Russian, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, Swahili, Turkish and Ukrainian. See Appendix F for the map showing the counties of Region IV. The Department will award only one (1) Contract for all services. Contracts for individual services will not be considered.
