Specifications include, but are not limited to: Term agreement for Garfield Park Sunken Gardens Security for Department of Parks and Recreation. 20.1.1. Contractor shall provide one unarmed uniformed security officer to patrol the Garfield Parks Sunken. 20.1.2. Contractor shall have sufficient training and at least two (2) years’ experience in providing security services as requested in this bid’s Scope of Services. 20.1.3. All security officers will be thoroughly screened and trained by the contractor. 20.1.4. All security officers will be uniformed in traditional style security uniforms furnished and paid for by the contractor. Uniforms will be clearly marked with “Security” and security company logo. 20.1.5. Contractor will be notified by City of the exact start and end date and time. In general, the Sunken Garden is open in the evening from Spring (approximately April 15th) to Fall (approximately October 15th). City will notify Contractor on a weekly basis of the closing time for that week. City retains the right to modify contractor hours if needed.
