Specifications include, but are not limited to: College Street Remove existing pavement and replace the existing twin 5.5’ (rise) x 7’ (span) concrete box culverts with a single 5.5’ (rise) x 18’ (span) concrete box culvert in accordance with the US Army Corps (ACOE) Category 2 General Permit (NAE-2020-01564). Reconstruct concrete channel, wingwalls, and headwalls to accommodate the proposed culvert. Box-cut and install roadway gravel. Pave disturbed roadway sections. Reconstruct bituminous sidewalk with concrete slip form curb. Grind butt joins as needed. Repair lawn areas as necessary. Two-phased detour/maintenance of traffic. Central Avenue Remove existing pavement and install a new 5’ (rise) x 7’ (span) x 490’ (long) concrete box culvert adjacent to the existing twin 5.5’ (rise) x 7’ (span) concrete box culvert in accordance with the US Army Corps (ACOE) Pre-Construction Notification General Permit (NAE-2021-00293).
