Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) North End Main Entrances A & B: a) There are two (2) separate entrances. b) Each opening to include a new 3’0 x 7’0 door and frame with fixed and automatic door opener. i) Medium stile door, 3’0 x 7’0 in size with panic hardware for each opening. The doors will have the following: (1) 1 ½ pair butt hinges, (2) 10” bottom rails, (3) panic hardware, (4) electric strike, and (5) standard 4” bottom thresholds. ii) The sidelites will be fabricated out of thermally broken aluminum. (1) Glass in doors and sidelites will be 1” insulated units with low E coating. (2) All aluminum framing will be in clear anodized finish. (3) Exterior and interior caulking to be included in price. iii) The automatic door openers will be single ADA automatic door openers. (1) Each entrance will have an interior and exterior wireless push plate, (2) Transmitters, and (3) Door mounted re-open sensors.
