Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assist with the development of production management • Oversee all AV coordination before event and execution during event • Coordinate and manage video projection • Provide all rental equipment necessary for event • Ability to coordinate delivery and staging of all materials within limited timeframe • Provide personnel to set-up and teardown all rental equipment • Event Design and Décor: Vendors are to provide creative development and direction, which may include but is not limited to the following: o Pipe and Drapery • Audio, Visual and Lighting Equipment: Vendors are to provide audio and visual lighting rental equipment which may include but is not limited to the following: o Microphones o Speakers; large sound system and associated speakers o Monitors o Video Cameras o Projection Equipment and Screens; at minimum one 10.5 x 18.5 screen and associated projector; at minimum two 8.5 x 15.5 screens and associated projectors o Light Sources/Lamps o Audio mixers and signal distribution boxes o HDMI converters
