Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Lone Mountain Cemetery Irrigation Upgrades Project will consist of asphalt and sod cutting, trenching, water meter abandonment, new meter and POC, irrigation backflow and booster pump, new mainline and control wires, electric valves, isolation valves, quick couplings, electrical meter pedestal and foundation, transformer pad installed to NV Energy specs, primary underground raceways, electrical circuits, asphalt patch and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. Temporary fencing, steel plates, minor traffic control signage, barricades, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction including regular communication with Parks staff and scheduling coordination to ensure uninterrupted cemetery services and reasonable public access throughout the duration of the project is also included. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
