Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demolition/Removal of existing rooftop units • Purchase all needed materials & equipment • All electrical work, licensed electrician install high voltage lines • Install all new refrigerant and condensate lines • All lines pressure tested and evacuated to above EPA standards • Furnish/Installation (2) two 6 ton VRF Commercial mini split systems • Furnish/Installation (1) one 4 ton heat pump with 5 indoor 9,000 BTU wall mount blower • Furnish/Installation (2) two 12,000 BTU single zone heat pump • Furnish/Installation (1) one 3 ton outdoor condensing unit with (2) two 18,000 BTU indoor wall mount blower units • Refrigerant lines to be run through attic and penetrate building at one point near outdoor condensing unit • Start and test proper operation of new system • Provide training on all installed equipment • Make sure all removed equipment is properly disposed of • All permits & inspections to paid by contractor • Provide warranty information
