Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide services to RIHousing’s servicing and subservicing portfolios using different branding. • Produce electronic mortgage billing and IRS Form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statements. • Supply RIHousing with .pdf copies of all mailed/generated documents via an SFTP. • Fulfill one-time mailing orders, as needed and requested by RIHousing. • Compare the mailing addresses in our servicing and subservicing portfolios to the records of the USPS National Change of Address database and provide reporting on a quarterly basis. • Provide guidance on mortgage statement and tax form regulatory requirements, as needed and requested by RIHousing; and • Generate and send payment notifications via e-mail or text message.
