Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. School Services of Montana will assist the Montana Office of Public Instruction in procuring products and services for Montana Nonpublic schools made available via the Emergency Assistance to Nonpublic Schools grant from the US Department of Education. As described in the grant requirements, School Services of Montana is structured to provide such services and to also contract with independent contractors across Montana to provide pre-approved services to such Nonpublic schools. To ensure there is sufficient funding to accommodate the needs of the PNP schools the contract will be for the full value of the grant award net established for procurement services for Montana’s non-public schools.The vendor will be responsible for the procurement of products and services which includes the cost of produce and services along with the vendor costs, anticipated to be 10% of the procurement costs, for securing such resources for the non-public schools. The Montana Office of Public Instruction has budgeted approximately $22,979,709 according to the federal government’s award to Montana to provide procurement of resources for the non-public schools.
