Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. DCFS will contact the Contractor with a request for staff to travel to a hospital or other facility to attend to medical needs of DCFS clients. The Contractor accepts the referral that includes, at a minimum, the location where services shall be provided, level of professional certification, and minimum engagement period. B. Contractor must assign staff based on the level of care and availability. C. Contractor provides the assigned staff name(s) and position(s) to DCFS. D. Prior to services being rendered and for security purposes, DCFS will notify the location where services will be provided of the assigned service provider’s name. E. The assigned staff must review the referral form before arrival. F. Upon arrival, Contractor must provide identification to gain access to the child. The assigned staff will be briefed by the nurse on staff at the location.
