Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Planned methods of data review, description, analysis, and reporting. o Analysis methods should include statistical hypothesis testing to determine significant differences in water quality parameters, instantaneous loading rates, and instantaneous flow rates based on measured variables, and combinations of measured variables. Data should be grouped by, and/or controlled for other measured variables and external data (e.g., soil characteristics, weather, crop management, nutrient management, etc.). o Trend analyses if appropriate for the data. o All analyses should be performed on all measured water quality and instantaneous flow parameters, and appropriate/useful fractions and ratios (e.g., TP – DP = PP, DP:TP, TN:TP, TP:Turbidity, etc.) for both concentration and instantaneous load. • Criteria and methods for included secondary data collected by other programs to aid in analysis and interpretation (e.g., other tile drain studies, NOAA weather data, soil data, etc.)
