Specifications include, but are not limited to: New Castle County Government (the ‘County’) is requesting information from providers pertaining to software, services, and support in relation to municipal land use planning, permitting, engineering and code enforcement. The Department of Land Use is interested in contracting a single vendor with demonstrated success supporting other municipalities with modern, intuitive workflow-driven software that connects diverse business segments. In addition to the municipal land use functions referenced above, this solution includes Land Use planning board hearings, contractor licensing, GIS services, administrative hearings and fiscal management. Land Use workflows extend to other departments including Finance and Public Works, but Land Use is the predominant business stakeholder seeking expressions of interest and RFI responses.
