Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor will be an implementation partner of an evidence-based program, delivering the curriculum to youth in the identified communities. The Vendor must encompass the scope of work described below: 1. Submit invoices and appropriate backup documentation by the 10th of each month following delivery of services. 2. Submit monthly reports on progress, updates, and required data elements. 3. Administration of required pre and post surveys for all youth served in the program year. 4. Utilization of online portal for monitoring program fidelity, including survey data, attendance data, lesson planning and sequencing, community service hours performed, etc. 5. Submit assessment results, community reports, and data needed to refine implementation efforts and to evaluate local efforts.
