Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5. Remove and replace trim around windows on scale building with the same size framing/trim to accommodate re-use of the existing windows. 6. Remove and install existing windows with new commercial framing and metal channels. Window frames will be fabricated onsite. 7. Board up windows if necessary, with ¾” Plywood and 2x4 lumber bolted through window opening. 8. All new lumber is to be painted and will match existing scale house color. 9. If during demolition stage, additional damage or wood deterioration is noted, contractor will contact Facilities Analyst to determine next steps. 10. Properly dispose of any debris, packing and equipment as per County regulations, and ensure that area is always clean and in a safe condition. 11. Provide manufacturer’s product warranty at completion of project as well as a 1-year Workmanship warranty.
