In addition, provide media placement schedules, campaign narratives, and analysis of performance on a campaign. Must be able to negotiate media placement that meets specified requirements. 1.1.4. Technical Support: design, code, and populate a responsive internet website for all standard and mobile applications. Creating a content management system (CMS) that allows department staff to modify and update content.
