Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Bidder must provide bi-annual cleaning, tune-ups, preventative maintenance, and repairs, as requested by the Department, for the following equipment located on the Glencliff Home property: 2.1.1. Two (2) Viessmann B2HA530 Boilers, located in the Lamott Building. 2.1.2. Four (4) Hurst Steam Boilers, Model #4VT-G-40-150 (rated for steam at 1,380 pounds per hour), located in the Chip Plant. 2.1.3. Two (2) A O Smith BTH199A LP Gas Water Heaters, located in the Lamott Building. The selected Bidder will schedule appointments as needed with the Glencliff Plant Maintenance Engineer or their designee for all tasks required in the Scope of Work between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State and Federal Holidays. For all emergency service calls, the selected Bidder must respond within two (2) hours of the call, and arrive on-site within four (4) hours of the call. The selected Bidder will provide all supervision, materials, equipment, tools, labor and transportation necessary for successful completion of the work described in this RFB. The selected Bidder will ensure emergency services are available on a twenty—four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week basis.
