Specifications include, but are not limited to: cope of Work: 1) Vendor shall provide and deliver No. 2 dyed unmarked heating oil to the various Town facilities. Vendor must establish an automatic delivery based on usage for that particular location. 2) Vendor must deliver fuel when requested within a twenty-four (24) hour period after notification by the Town facility. 3) Vendor shall provide an on-call hourly rate as part of this bid for servicing of oilfired boilers, etc. Vendor shall provide the Town with a twenty-four (24) hour emergency contact name and phone number. 4) Vendor may elect to bid on fuel delivery and/or the servicing of equipment as noted here-in. 5) Fuel shall be purchased at a fixed differential price to be applied to the lowest Providence Terminal Tank Car Price as found under the daily Petroleum Prices of the OPIS (Oil Price Information Service) daily for No.2 Heating Oil pricing. 6) Fuel must be delivered during regular hours of operation (Monday - Friday) to the various buildings. There shall be no additional charge for the delivery.
