Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will provide standard no-charge publication including standard 60# gloss or matte paper, 4-color CMYK process (no spot color), self-cover, saddle-stitch binding, and no custom inserts. Vendor is responsible for finding approved advertisers to buy ad space in the visitor guide to offset the cost of printing and shipping the visitor guide to URI. There will be a targeted split between editorial content and advertising content as close to a 50/50 ratio as possible, with advertising spread throughout the magazine. First issue assumptions start at a twenty- four (24) page folio with twelve (12) dedicated to content and twelve (12) dedicated advertising. As vendor is able to increase ad sales beyond twelve (12) pages, one (1) page of content can be added for each one (1) page of advertising. Color page Visitor Guide will be printed/shipped to URI for January.
