Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University seeks a vendor that will assist in recruiting and selecting candidates for multiple Vice President and Academic Dean positions, as follows: ● Vice President for Research and Economic Development; ● Work with Boise State University to establish a process, timeline, and transition plan tailored to the needs of the university, with the goal that final candidate(s) receive offers of employment on or before March 15, 2022. ● Recommend and complete the process to gather feedback from the Boise State University search committee(s), students, faculty and staff, and community partners to develop an institutional profile and detailed position description(s) for recruitment marketing and candidate preparation. ● Post the announcement(s) in higher education and other executive-focused websites and periodicals. ● Handle all search committee-related administrative services, including scheduling search committee meetings and monitoring timely progress toward critical objectives in conjunction with the search committee chair(s) ● Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management ● Dean of Albertsons Library ● Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences ● Dean of the College of Education ● Dean of the School for Public Service
