Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Lead and Media – Agency will be responsible for management of all paid media, including planning strategy, channel optimization, media buying and will collaborate with all partners on campaign performance measurement and analytics. If not applying as a full-service agency and applying as a group of agencies, the lead agency will act as brand steward with all other agency partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing program. The lead agency will also hold the contract as the agency of record. As the agency of record, the lead will be the main point of contact for project coordination with all subcontractors and will be responsible for final work product. 2. Earned Media/Public Relations – Responsible for strategy, earned media impressions, development of outbound pitch materials, and contribute to campaign performance measurement and analytics. 3. Social Media – Responsible for strategy, paid media channels and advise and assist with owned/earned, i.e., Facebook, Instagram, etc. but not including VisitMT.com 4. Web – Responsible for desktop/mobile versions of VisitMT.com along with other branded sites related to marketing as needed for the Department. 5. Creative - Responsible for identification and development of an overarching consumer brand campaign, including brand and communications strategy; associated content strategies; consumer insights; creative asset development.
