Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Coordinate, as necessary, between subrecipient and its service providers (i.e., Engineer, Environmental, Contracted Construction Company, Grant Administrator, etc.) regarding project design services. b) Provide monthly project status updates. c) Funding release will be based on deliverables identified in the contract. MEP list items as follows: • Electrical o Existing Electrical panels need inspection o Inspect all electrical outlets to insure they are functional (some additional outlets to be installed) o Change all existing fluorescent lighting to LED fixtures o Some changes will be needed to electrical supply- High voltage will be necessary for instrumentation simulators o Electrical sub-meter will need to be installed • HVAC o All HVAC equipment will need inspection and servicing o Ductwork will need some repairs o Inspect grills and replace if necessary o Some re-route of ductwork may be necessary o Inspect/Repair roof top units if necessary • Plumbing o Plumbing fixtures will need to be placed at correct heights per code o Some Plumbing fixture repair is needed
