Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition Work: Remove and dispose all of the metal bathroom partitions Remove and dispose of the (2) toilets Remove and dispose of the countertop, sink and faucet Cap all plumbing Evaluate all plumbing and floor drains to ensure proper working condition. Remove and dispose of bathroom accessories including soap dispensers, towel paper holders and hand dryers, etc Remove and dispose of the existing ceiling mounted light fixtures Make safe all electrical Evaluate all electrical switching, outlets and power. Remove all switch plates and outlet covers Remove and dispose of all the tile including the floor tile and wall tile to the ceiling Remove all drywall or wallboard after all the tile has been removed. Remove and dispose of the existing ceiling tiles and ceiling grid Tile Work: Furnish/install new cement board/hardiebacker on the walls and floor to prepare for new tile installation Furnish/install new floor tile and grout throughout the bathroom Furnish/install new wall tile and grout throughout the bathroom Plumbing Work: Provide all the necessary plumbing for the following: Furnish/install (2) new toilets * Approved by Superintendent of Buildings * Furnish/install new counter with sink and faucet * Approved by Superintendent of Buildings * Electrical Work: Provide all the necessary electrical work for the following: Furnish/install (4) new ceiling mounted LED fixtures Furnish/install new outlets, switching and plates Furnish/install new vent/fan/light fixture (tie into the existing ductwork) Bathroom Partition Work: Furnish/install new bathroom partitions per design layout * Approved by Superintendent of Buildings *
