Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operate one (1) Statewide administrative office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except during State holidays and administrative closings. Provide HOMEBUILDERS® services in each of the Department’s Districts, excluding Central Office Intake (District 9), and within a reasonable distance of public transportation, ensuring easy access to Families. The Department’s Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) will refer cases based upon the Family’s geographic location. HOMEBUILDERS® services shall be available to eligible Families: Fifty-two (52) weeks per year. Using a flexible schedule: traditional hours, after-hours, weekends, and holidays at the convenience of the Family. Primarily within the Family’s home and/or other locations convenient to the Family.
