Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing Construction Manager at Risk services required for the construction of the Wellness Center Expansion at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, South Dakota. The University of South Dakota is expanding the Wellness Center. The addition will be located on the south side of the existing building in Vermillion, SD and approximately 45,500 GSF. The aquatic center addition will include spaces such as competition pool, activity pool, spa, pool equipment, storage, spectator seating, sauna, classrooms, team locker rooms and wellness locker room expansion, family locker room, and public restrooms. The addition will also include a wet classroom, coaches offices, aquatics manager's office, a conference room, custodial spaces, and mechanical and electrical spaces.
