Specifications include, but are not limited to: The A&M System’s objective in developing this RFQ is to receive statements of qualifications from firms experienced in the regulations pertaining to environmental services for institutions of higher education. As a result of this RFQ, the A&M System intends to select a firm or pool of firms to enter into a multiyear agreement to undertake the stated Services from which FP&C will periodically select participants to assist the A&M System on an as-needed basis. Each project assignment will be documented individually through issuance of a purchase order, and will extend for as long as agreed to by the parties. The A&M System will base its choice on demonstrated competence, knowledge, and qualifications of the Respondent.
