Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana, is considering loan financing options for miscellaneous equipment and vehicles and is seeking proposals for the same. The proposals should identify amortization payment schedules and loan maturity. The proposals for the loan should be a fixed rate for the entire term of the financing and must be maintained for sixty (60) days from the due date of the proposal or until the loan finance closing date, whichever occurs first. The funds may need to be escrowed for up to 12 months with periodic payments as assets become available with no additional processing charges. The City does anticipate issuing more than $10,000,000 in debt (including loans) during the calendar year 2022.
