Specifications include, but are not limited to: b. Submittals • A design proposal showing the method and sizing of new connections and locations will be required prior to ordering or starting the project • All proposed equipment and material will be submitted for approval before products can be purchased or installed, including but not limited to: HVAC and electrical equipment, piping, conductors, conduit, coils, insulation, etc. • A preliminary project schedule will be provided for discussion and changes by the Owner PRIOR TO the initial project kick off meeting. c. Electrical Power Systems, controls • All electrical work including in this project shall be performed by a licensed electrician. • All circuits not being reused will be removed back to the panel. • New electrical infrastructure shall be provided for all new HVAC equipment. • All new electrical equipment is to be clearly and properly labeled per National Electric Code standards (current edition). • All heat pump and related equipment shall be installed by a certified technician. d. Cutting and Patching • New penetrations in structure for routing of pipes will be sleeved and sealed. • Coordination of rigging of equipment will be pre- scheduled for safety. e. Controls and control wiring • All control and power work associated with the control sequence of operation will be provided this contractor
