Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Identity validation and verification services to determine the authenticity, integrity and accuracy of identification documents presented by customers when applying for unemployment compensation payments through an on line solution. 2) Proposed services may also include confirmation of the linkage between the claimed identity and the person presenting the documentation. 3) Technological solution must be capable of being fully integrated into the NHES web based benefit application platform, NHUIS. 4) The proposed solution must be customizable and be able to be seamlessly incorporated into the NHES platform and have the functional capacity to validate the documentation supplied by the customer as being correct and genuine. 5) The solution must provide a validation and verification process that is on-demand, occurring in as close to real time as possible so that the customer experience is not negatively impacted. 6) Vendors must provide the proposed accuracy rate associated with the proposed solution together with a detailed explanation and supporting information to support such representation. 7) The validation and verification services must be structured such that the NHES customer is never required to leave NHUIS. 8) The vendor’s solution must comply with all applicable state and federal confidentiality and security requirements. 9) All customer information submitted must remain the property of NHES and Vendor will not be allowed to store, retain or otherwise utilize customer information beyond what is necessary to perform the ID verification service sought through the RFP.
