Pick up all trash and litter prior to mowing, including from flower beds, shrub areas and gutters. 2. Mowing shall be performed biweekly through each annual growing season. 3. Do not mow dew or rain-soaked grass. 4. Trim around all obstructions after each mowing. B. Leaf Removal 1. During the period of 1 October through 31 December, fallen leaves and seedpods shall be removed from the site. This shall include all leaves in shrubs, under shrubs, at curbs, in window wells, in stairwells on sidewalks, roadways, parking areas, lawn areas, in flower beds etc. If necessary, the Contractor shall continue with removal past 31 Dec until all fallen leaves are removed from the premises. Contractor shall perform a minimum of three (3) leaf removals per year.
