Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fredericksburg (“City”) seeks proposals from qualified respondents interested in providing the services described in this RFP. The successful respondent will assume responsibility for administration of the short-term rental ordinance and permitting short-term rentals (STR) as well as the administration, collection and remittance of Hotel Occupancy Taxes (“HOT’), and sales and use taxes (SUTA) assessed within the incorporated boundaries of the City, and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City. In addition, the successful respondent will assist the City in the discovery, recovery, auditing, reporting and compliance (land use and tax payment) for all overnight rental operators
