Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. This section includes restoration of areas disturbed by this project. "Disturbed by this project" is defined as the excavation area plus any area in project vicinity disturbed by the CONTRACTOR's operations, including operations of CONTRACTORs and suppliers, and utility owner operations necessary to complete this project. B. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the placement of seed and straw on all disturbed areas within the project area, excluding those areas treated with other erosion control methods as part of the construction effort. C. The CONTRACTOR shall install erosion control fabric on areas of the constructed bench beyond the coverage of the soil mattresses as detailed on the drawings. D.
