Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specific responsibilities of the Contractor will include: a. Coordinate monthly meetings of the Local Emergency Planning Committee. a. Develop an agenda b. Send invitations c. Facilitate meeting d. Take notes and share notes with LEPC. e. Consolidate the information from Tier II reports and share with the LEPC members. This should include using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). b. Attend quarterly State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) Meetings to represent the Local Emergency Planning Committee as a voting member. a. Report on any projects or reviews conducted by the Local Emergency Planning Committee. b. Report on any funds expended by the Local Emergency Planning Committee. c. Take notes and share notes with SERC. c. Perform statewide LEPC Plan Review. a. Update the statewide LEPC plan as needed. d. Coordinate with local entities on local HAZMAT needs. a. Provide training to local entities on submitting Tier II reports. b. Receive Tier II reports and ensure these files are in the electronic Tier II Submit database. c. Process Tier II billing, invoicing for the HAZCHEM Fund. d. Consult with Tier II facilities to ensure they have coordinated with local fire departments. e. Coordinate with local fire departments to ensure they are aware of Tier II facilities.
