Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item A: Projector and Associated Equipment Vendor to supply the following: (1) Primary video system: Video projection system of sufficient brightness and resolution to facilitate system use in the room with standard lighting. Specify appropriate size and type of lens to fill a new electric, motorized 16:10 aspect projection screen sized appropriately for the space. Projection system should include all applicable mounting hardware, including any specialty mounts or adapters required to facilitate the projectors installation. Replace the existing cable cubby located in the podium. Provide HDMI and analog audio connectivity with retractors in the cubby. Provide one Commercial Blu-Ray Disk Player located at the podium. Provide (1) H.264 Streaming Media Processor (2) Switching Gear and Control System Vendor to provide a comprehensive room control system for all required AV functions within the venue. System control will be facilitated through one touch capacitive panel located at the podium. Vendor to provide an appropriately sized switching system allowing for the current video/computer sources and sinks while also allowing for spare I/O or room for growth. (3) Audio System Vendor to provide an audio system optimized for the space use cases. System must have a minimum of (4) Handheld/Lavalier combination wireless microphones and include all of the applicable rack mounting hardware and its associated antenna distribution system. Vendor will provide a digital signal processor with the appropriate I/O capabilities. The vendor will utilize the existing speakers in the current left/center/right configuration. The existing audio amplifier should be replaced.
