Specifications include, but are not limited to: The mission of The University of Texas at Austin Project Management & Construction Services (PMCS) is to develop and maintain an exceptional physical environment and to provide construction administration services to support the University's educational and research goal of transforming lives for the benefit of society. Over 140 PMCS employees serve the University community, working to provide services for all programming, design, construction and renovations projects for projects generally totaling less than $10 million. Although larger capital improvement projects are typically handled by the University’s Capital Projects and Construction (“CPC”), PMCS manages select larger capital improvement projects as well.
