Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Providing temporary services B. Engineering, administration, general services, and mobilization C. Modifying the existing structure and systems to add sleeping quarters for up to 24 people, a gallery, a scullery, a mess area, and a new fan room. D. Extending the port stair tower to the Bridge Deck. 120 E. Outfitting the new areas. F. Updating the Alarm and Monitoring system. G. Conducting an inclining experiment and preparation of associated stability calculations, including preparing a revised Trim and Stability Booklet for the vessel (if necessary). 125 H. All structural, outfit, mechanical and electrical modifications associated with the above modifications. I. Testing of all new equipment and demonstration of satisfactory and acceptable operation to applicable regulatory bodies and the Owner. J. Preparing complete detail construction drawings, performing all engineering 130 and design work and preparing all documentation of the work in accordance with the requirements of Section 1D of these Specifications. K. Thorough cleaning, surface preparation and painting of all areas affected by the work.
