Specifications include, but are not limited to: Water Treatment Chemicals: 1. Regularly scheduled monthly service visits by a service representative with at least 3 years of water treatment experience treating systems similar to those at RIC. This is in addition to visits for special services, emergency water/equipment problems, or system start-ups/shutdowns. 2. The representative will be available 365 days per year and will respond to RIC requests for assistance within 4 hours. The successful vendor will provide RIC with a 24/7 means of communication directly to the representative. Response time for replenishment of Power Plant testing chemicals shall be within 24 hours. 3. OEM certified personnel are the only authorized individuals to perform system installs and/or repairs. All subcontractors you intend to use and the specific services they will provide along with their license number at the time of tentative award. No award will be made without RIC validating the subcontractor. 4. On each service visit, the representative will supply all RIC interested parties a Service Report, which will be custom designed to meet the needs of RIC. The report will summarize all of the testing which has been completed that day, highlighting results, offering suggestions for improvement, and adjustments to current operating practices. The report will include computer generated graphics which depict a rolling 12-month history of all applicable tests and results.
