Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and maintain a pool of qualified QRIS Coaches to offer coaching, consultation, and technical assistance to child care and early education programs participating in Bright & Early ND. Identify staff who will serve as QRIS Coaches, at minimum, in each human service region of the state. Ensure all staff with QRIS Coach job responsibilities obtain and maintain a RBPD Endorsement as a QRIS Coach through Growing Futures. Ensure all staff with QRIS Coach job responsibilities understands and implements the Bright & Early ND Policy Manual. (https://www.brightnd.org/about). Ensure all staff with QRIS Coach job responsibilities participate in an online community of practice offered by STATE. Provide coaching, consultation, and technical assistance to child care and early education programs participating in Bright & Early ND. Coordinate with STATE to assign staff with QRIS Coach job responsibilities to programs participating in Bright & Early ND.
