Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Study, prepare and present demographic data for the MSBSD: 1. Forecast in population and household growth from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2032. 2. Growth projections for surrounding areas and analysis of how MSBSD schools will be impacted. Provide data on outlying Districts that feed into the MSBSD. Determine the impact of private and correspondence schools and identify where those students live both in and out of District boundaries. 3. Assessments of prior, current and future enrollment data for each school site with corresponding reasons for changes. Data from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2032 shall be collected from the District’s information systems as available. 4. K-12 school boundary scenarios for current and future campuses. 5. Recommendations with scenarios for the use of current and future facilities with student projections and school boundary, and attendance area scenarios for current and future campuses. 6. Publish 1–2-page summaries for each school with data presented in a consistent format by year and grade. 7. Geo-coding and appropriate updates. 8. Provide Intra-District transfer matrix to reflect transfers to and from campuses.
