Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work with the Department to develop, administer, analyze, and disseminate results of a landscape analysis and needs-based assessment that will cover: a. Existing ADRD data and prevention programs available to the state of Idaho. b. Existing ADRD interventions, how such interventions are delivered, and if these interventions and the delivery of them are culturally competent for Idahoans. c. Resources, supports, and services currently utilized to address the needs of individuals with ADRD and gaps that may exist that would otherwise assist in supporting the individual with ADRD more holistically. i. May include researching existing payment methods for supports and services. d. Resources, supports, and services currently utilized to address the needs of ADRD caregivers and gaps that may exist that would otherwise assist in supporting the caregiver more holistically. e. Caregivers’ level of need for programming, resources, and interventions. f. ADRD awareness by healthcare and service providers. g. Identify academic institutions, clinical practices, and caregiver organizations that provide ADRD education. h. Professional ADRD education and referral opportunities available to healthcare professionals.
