Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The Contractor shall begin demolition within 2 (two) working days from the date the City issues Purchase Order, weather permitting. 2) All debris will be removed from the property by the contractor. Tipping fees will be paid by the Contractor. 3) After demolition, the property will be smoothed and leveled. All foundations and concrete slabs will be removed. In the event that a hole is left on the property, it will be filled by the contractor at his/her expense as a part of this bid. Field dirt only (no clay or gravel) 4) The bidder will attach proof of liability with this bid 5) The City of Jonesboro will not be liable for any accidents in the performance of the work performed by contractor. 6) The Contractor will be responsible for any and all damages done to property or properties which are not in the scope of the demolition. 7) The City will review all bidders and evaluate the work performance to determine the best and appropriate bidder. 8) Contractor will provide proof of being bonded.
