Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Maintain a work-site free of hazards and clean up area during and at the conclusion of the project. • Maintain a secure work area to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the office space. • Carefully remove existing door panels and hardware. Turn these items over to CIHA Maintenance personnel for storage. • Note: There are no thresholds, electronic locks or electronic hardware involved in these projects. DOOR INSTALLATION • Provide and install the approved matching aluminum and glass storefront style DutchDoors, shelf, trim, continuous hinge and any other required hardware into existing door openings. • Existing dead-bolt locksets and levers are to be re-used where possible. • Install a flush bolt that secures top door leaf to the bottom door leaf when in the closed position. • Test all locks and latches for proper function. • Submit invoices for each project location completed.
