Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition Work: Remove and dispose all of the metal bathroom partitions Remove and dispose of the (2) toilets Remove and dispose of the countertop, sink and faucet Cap all plumbing Evaluate all plumbing and floor drains to ensure proper working condition. Remove and dispose of bathroom accessories including soap dispensers, towel paper holders and hand dryers, etc Remove and dispose of the existing ceiling mounted light fixtures Make safe all electrical Evaluate all electrical switching, outlets and power. Remove all switch plates and outlet covers Remove and dispose of all the tile including the floor tile and wall tile to the ceiling Remove all drywall or wallboard after all the tile has been removed.
