Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Turnkey software solution used for tracking and reporting of visitors and packages delivered to a DEP office location. 3.1.1.1 Software solution must be a stand-alone system that functions without dependency on a specific computer internet browser. 3.1.1.2 Contract item shall have an interactive dashboard to allow administrators access to register and sign out visitors and log packages manually. 3.1.1.3 Software solution must be compatible with Microsoft or Apple operating systems. 3.1.1.3.1 Solution must have an app with the ability to scan packages and register visitors via mobile device 3.1.1.4 Software solution will have at least 97% uptime 365 days per year, twenty-four hours per day. 3.1.1.5 Software solution must be encrypted when in use or stored in a data warehouse.
