Energy Savings Performance Contract and Solar PPA Services

Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) contains the information and requirements for interested Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) to prepare and submit to the City of Lewiston professional qualifications for a guaranteed energy savings contract and solar PPA. The City of Lewiston intends to select only one (ൡ) ESCO for the implementation of work, or phases of work, in accordance with the guaranteed energy savings contract requirements of Maine Revised Statutes Title ൢൠA ൡ൥:൩ൡ൥ Energy Performance Contracting, for the following sites:  City Hall  Public Works Building  Public Works Annex  Police Department  Violation Bureau  Armory/Recreation  Library  Central Fire Station  (൥) Parking Garages  Solid Waste Facility  (7) Hydro Facilities  (17) Pump Stations ;
